These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the myProtocols app ("the App") developed by Strahinja Krstic ("we," "us," or "our").

By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

The App is a routine timer and execution tool. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes to create and execute your own protocols.

Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier

The App offers a free tier that includes full functionality for up to 3 protocols.

Premium Subscription

To create more than 3 protocols, a Premium subscription is required.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply upon renewal. We will notify you of price changes in advance.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the protocols you create. We do not claim any rights to your content.

You are responsible for the content you create. Do not use the App to create content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding your protocols), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

"myProtocols" and associated logos are our trademarks. You may not use them without permission.

Disclaimers

Not Medical or Professional Advice

The App is a productivity and routine management tool. It is not intended to provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, or professional advice.

If you have health concerns, consult a qualified professional. Do not use the App as a substitute for professional treatment.

No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Data Loss

While we design the App to protect your data, we cannot guarantee against data loss. We recommend maintaining your own backups of important information.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or App Store update notes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice or liability.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App, superseding any prior agreements.
